Beam Clips
A beam clip is an intermediate fixing for netting attached to structural steel. Holding perimeter net wire rope firmly in place on structural steel beams, roof trusses or columns, it is particularly handy if you are netting an industrial building, underground car park or a roof.
Simply feed the steel wire through the jaws of the clip, before hammering it home onto the flange. Rather than hammering the rope home completely, leave a 3mm gap so that you can slide the wire rope through once it’s tensioned… and measure properly! Once in place, removing these clips is tricky.
Use at 1 metre intervals for 50mm or 75mm netting, half metre intervals for 40mm or 28mm netting; and a third metre for 19mm nets.
We sell these clips in packs of a hundred, in up to four different sizes and in galvanised or stainless steel alternatives.
